Premium Dragon’s Beard Candy is an ancient Chinese candy, but we have developed it to suit Thai people in Chiang Mai. There are 2 recipes: 1. Thai honey 2. New Zealand Manuka honey recipe. Stir the honey until it is sticky for 1.30 hours. Once it is done, pull it into thin strands, similar to white silk. #Dragon’s Beard is soft, fluffy, and light like a cloud.
The filling is black sesame, white sesame, tiger nuts, and cashew nuts (baked with hot air only). It smells so good that the neighbors are curious.
This dessert emphasizes “making it fresh” and “eating it fresh” because the texture of the dessert will be the softest and fluffiest. If refrigerated, it will be delicious in another way. It depends on your preference.
